HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Read through the materials and fill out the registration form. Your registration form may be turned in with your first order. Registration forms are available online on the school website or you can pick one up in the school office.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Fill out an order envelope, indicate which stores, and in what denominations you would like to have gift certificates/cards. Add up your totals from both sides. Enclose a check(s) made payable to SFC TRIP and seal the envelope. Your child can bring the order to school any day as long as it is in on Mondays by 1:00pm in the ELEM office or Tuesdays by 9:30am in the MS/HS office (or TRIP office).
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRIP ORDER?
Your order will be ready on the same Friday, along with a new order envelope. Orders can also be picked up by your child if they are 4th grade or older and you have filled out a disclaimer on the registration form.
HOW DO I RECEIVE CREDIT?
On your envelope you will see how much is credited to your TRIP account each time you order. These credits will accumulate and three times a year (Jan., April, and Oct.) the amount will be applied to your tuition.
CAN I ORDER FOR OTHER PEOPLE?
Definitely! This is a great way to increase your credit amount. Ask friends and relatives to consider shopping with gift cards through TRIP. Enclose their check in your order form. We can only process one order form per TRIP account, but you can have as many checks as you want per order.
MY CHILDREN ARE NOT IN SCHOOL YET. CAN I START TRIP NOW?
Be sure to indicate on the registration form that you are a future family. Your credits will continue to accumulate year after year. Once your child is in school, you need to inform the TRIP Coordinator. If you decide not to attend school at SFC or move away, you can give your TRIP credits to another family, tuition aid or the general operating budget.
CAN WE HAVE OUR CREDITS APPLIED TO ANOTHER FAMILY?
On the registration form, fill out the appropriate box as to where you want your credits applied.
WHAT IF I MISS PICKING UP MY TRIP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY?
Your order will always be at your pick up site on the following days. It does not come back to the main office.
