WELCOME TO REGISTRATION!  In a continuing attempt to save paper and postage, SFC is utilizing its webpage this year to post the forms and information sheets needed to register your child(ren) for the upcoming school year.

Please take the time to look through all of the lists below and choose those that apply to you and your child(ren). There are some forms that are REQUIRED for all families, so be sure to print and complete  those items.  There are also some forms that are specific to each grade level, some forms that are specific to co-curricular activities, and some forms that are informational (do not require signatures and do not need to be returned at registration).
