Individual merchants have varying policies on where a card/certificate can be used, how it can be used, and how "change" (leftover money) is handled.  Although many stores do not have restrictions for giving change back, we ask that you not abuse the purpose of this program.  Please keep all purchases as close to the value of the certificate as possible.  Do not simply expect change back when redeeming certificates.
