*** For July and August, the gym and weight room are open to students on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 7 - 9 am and 6 - 8 pm.  Adult supervisors will be on site during these times.  Please note that the gym floor will be refinished from July 21 - 31; during this time, only the weight room will be available for use.

Summer Running Program -

Open to any high school students who will be participating on an SFC fall sports team (Cross Country, Football, Boys Golf, Soccer, Volleyball)

Students interested in the running program should meet Coach Tinklenberg by the school's front entrance at 7:00am on the following dates:
June 30, July 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28, and August 2, 4

Soccer Camps

July 29-30 and August 1-2 (8:00am - 10:00am each day)
A pre-season soccer academy designed for boys in 8th-12th grade who are interested in playing soccer for SFC this fall.
$55.00 for the four days  -  Camp will take place on the USF soccer fields

June 27 - August 5 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings)

Session 1 - 7:00-8:00am (HS Boys)
Session 2 - 8:00-9:00am (HS Girls)
Session 3 - 9:00-10:00am (MS students - an introduction to weight lifting will be included in this session)
