Pay in Full by August 1, 2017 - $100 discount / K-12 student

Tuition  Tuition may be paid semi-annually, quarterly, or in 10 monthly installments beginning in August and ending in May. One-half of the full tuition must be paid by December 15, and the full amount must be paid by May 15. If one-half of the full tuition is not paid at semester’s end, eligibility for the second half of the school year will be revoked. 
Finance charges may be assessed in January and at the end of the school year on all past due balances. All account balances must be paid in full before transcripts and diplomas will be issued. 

Hot Lunch Program  Each meal includes milk and costs $2.35 for K-12th and $1.45 for preschool (additional milk may be purchased for $.40). Ala carte meal prices for middle and high school students range from $1.50 to $5.00; adult meals are $2.75. Please be sure to keep your family’s account credited with at least $60 per month per student. Free and reduced-price lunches are available to those meeting the federally mandated eligibility guidelines. An application form is made available at registration or on the school’s website. 

Kid’s Corner  SFC Elementary provides before-and after-school care for Preschool through 5th grade students.  Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  An annual registration fee of $30/family will be charged each school year in addition to the hourly rate of $3.50 charged per hour for K-5th grade students. Preschool students need to pre-register and will be charged $95/morning session and $225/afternoon session for the year.

Music Fees  Band is available to all 5th – 12th graders. Very few instruments are owned by SFC, so students must rent or purchase their own instrument. Students that choose to use a school-owned instrument will be charged a rental fee. All 4th and 5th grade students have the option to participate in Bell Choir. 

Book Fees  There are no additional fees for books used in the classroom. Students are responsible for book damages and will be invoiced for damaged or lost books at the end of the semester and/or school year. 

Art Fees  All high school Art students will be charged a $15 Art Fee. The fees are necessary to cover the increasing costs of pottery, photography supplies, and other mediums that are required for our expanding art program. 

Technology Fees  Students in grades 6th-12th will be charged an annual $85 technology fee. These students will be issued a computer to use throughout the school year - both at school and at home as we begin our 1:1 technology program at SFC.

Field Trip Fees  Students in preschool-5th grade will be charged an annual field trip fee of $20 for preschoolers and $10 for K-5th grade students. This covers all field trips with the exception of the K-5th year-end skating party.
