Special thanks to those of you who have volunteered your time, donated merchandise or shopped at our new thrift store. The success of our thrift store is a direct result of the overwhelming support that we receive from you - SFCS parents, local businesses and other "friends." We couldn't do it without you! Please continue to praise God for NU2U's success and lift up our faithful volunteers and supporters in prayer.
Ways You Can Participate
There are many ways that you can support the thrift store:
Store Clerk/Cashier: We are extremely flexible - you can volunteer as much or as little as your schedule allows. Please contact Sharla Auen at 275-4205 for additional details.
Sort Donations: Merchandise is sorted during our regular store hours. We always appreciate extra hands to get the work done.
Pick Up and Deliver Large Merchandise: There are times when furniture and other large merchandise must be picked up at another location. We are in need of men who would be willing to pick up these sizeable donations. For more information, please contact Sharla Auen at 275-4205.
Display Volunteers Needed: Do you have a flair for putting together clothing or furniture displays? If so, please consider lending your expertise to the thrift store.
Male Volunteers Needed
The good news is that we have plenty of room to display large merchandise such as furniture and appliances. The bad news is that we don't have men to assist in moving the large merchandise out of the store into the customer's vehicle! We are looking for men who would be willing to work a shift, or more, per week so we could assist customers when they purchase large merchandise. Donations
We appreciate all of your generous donations! We now have plenty of room to display large furniture and appliances - please consider donating your quality household and office furniture, large and small appliances, housewares, clothing, toys, collectibles, etc.
