Advanced Physical Education (11-12) 
Credit: 1/2
Grades: 11-12
This course gives students an opportunity to take ownership of their physical fitness. Students have an opportunity to set up their own work-out program and strive to reach the goals the set for themselves. They will improve their fitness through running, weightlifting, jump roping, etc. They will also have the opportunity to improve their skills in badminton, pickleball, floor hockey, ultimate Frisbee, etc.
 
Physical Education (10)

Grades: 10
God has blessed us with physical bodies to care for here on earth. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and God has commanded us to honor Him with our bodies. In this course, students will learn the meaning of total health. They will study and appreciate the physical, mental, social and spiritual dimensions of health. Through physical education they will learn and participate in sports and activities that will benefit them physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Learning about and developing a healthy body will allow students to become better servants in the Kingdom of God. Activities will include ultimate Frisbee, running, team handball, dancing, bowling, badminton, weightlifting, Frisbee golf, and pickle ball. Gym clothes and tennis shoes are required along with full student participation.
 
Physical Education (6-8)
Grades: 6-8
God has blessed us with the physical bodies to care for here on earth. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and God has commanded us to honor us with our bodies. In Physical Education students will continue in the process of taking care of their bodies through physical activity. Students will understand and be thankful for the talents the Lord has blessed them with. Students will also extend their development of good teamwork and sportsmanship through various class activities and games. Activities including ultimate Frisbee, soccer, badminton, volleyball, basketball, speedball, floor hockey, gymnastics, flag football, track and field, indoor games, outdoor games, pickle ball, and team handball. Gym clothes and tennis shoes are required along with full student participation.
